" I hadn't heard of Justhost, but was Googling to try to find an alternative host to my (then) current provider.

I have three main domain names, and I was delighted to find a host that could host them all under the same package. I was more impressed still to discover that my package did not become more expensive with every additional .ftp account or database - a major plus where before I had to ration what I could do with each domain to keep costs down.

But where Justhost have seriously impressed me (I'm not that technically minded!) is in their customer service. I saw recently that to achieve the transfer of my domain names (which was complicated for various reasons) I had written to the Justhost support team on over 20 occasions - all replied helpfully, promptly, and with short replies targeted directly to my questions, rather than generic 'faq' pages or such like.

I am looking forward to getting to know their panel interface better, and learning how it all works, and I do this in the confidence that there is a human being there to help if I get stuck.

For what it cost for this package, all this comes at incredibly good value. "
